Meru Senator Mithika Linturi has suffered yet another blow after the High Court directed him not to withdraw, transfer or interfer with monies held in several bank accounts.
The bank accounts include those at Cooperative Bank, Family Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Equity Bank.
Justice John Onyiego issued the orders were issued on Wednesday.
Other orders that the court issued now restrain the Senator and his agents from interfering with six matrimonial properties which include Kajiado/Kitengela /25310 among others.
The Senator has also been ordered against wasting, damaging or interfering with matrimonial vehicles used by his estranged wife Maryann Keitanny.
The two vehicles are a Range Rover and Toyota Land Cruiser.
