Man Arraigned In Court Over Theft Of Products Worth 228 Million From Oil Libya

A man has been charged before a Nairobi court with stealing products worth Sh 238 Million from Libya oil petroleum.

Titus Kiilu Muinde appeared before Milimani Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi and denied the fraud charges.

He is accused that on diverse dates between January 2013 and September, 2014 at Libya Oil (K) depot in Industrial area in Nairobi county, jointly with others before court stole petroleum products valued at Shilling 238,085, 492,25 the property of Libya Oil (K) limited ( L.O.K.L).

Kiilu was released on a bond of 2 million pending hearing and determination of the criminal case.
