The office of the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) has withdrawn the murder case of Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen.
The DPP Noordin Haji said that the case where the late tycoon’s wife Sarah Cohen and two others were accused of killing him will now be registered as an inquest.
The body of Cohen, a former CEO of Philips Electronics East Africa, was found dumped in a septic tank at his home in September 2019.
